Neha (she/her/hers) is an early career public health researcher who has been involved in evidence-based policy advocacy and initiatives to improve health outcomes among historically marginalized populations, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. She recently graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a minor in Biology. Neha is passionate about utilizing mixed-methods research and community-centered approaches to meaningfully address structural inequities, and some of her past work includes conducting policy research on transgender youth health at Santa Clara University and coordinating research activities for LGBTQ+ health research on Medicaid with The Pride Study. Outside of work, she enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and visiting cafes with friends.
