Emmeline Rodriguez serves as the Deputy Director of Free the Pill, a coalition-driven campaign to educate and engage the public in support of over-the-counter (OTC) birth control pills in the United States. In this role, she manages key aspects of the Free the Pill project, including coalition engagement and growth, facilitation of strategic partnerships and collaboration, and implementation of a public education and awareness campaign.

Emmeline has extensive experience working in sexual and reproductive health programs in New York City, New Jersey, and nationally. Throughout her career, her work has been focused on advancing public health and social service programs and policies that support equitable access to care and improved health outcomes for individuals and communities most impacted by systemic inequities.

Emmeline holds a Master in Public Health degree specializing in community and sexual and reproductive health from the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Barnard College.
