In collaboration with event co-sponsors Ibis Reproductive Health, Free the Pill, and the Feminist Center for Reproductive Liberation, SisterSong Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective hosted a dynamic panel exploring what it truly means to conduct research that centers and uplifts women of color.
Moderated by Nea Richard (SisterSong), this session highlighted the Trust Black Women research study and featured an engaging, thoughtful discussion on how reproductive justice research can drive meaningful action and change. Speakers included:
• Monica Simpson (SisterSong)
• Dr. Noelle E. Spencer (SisterSong)
• Dr. Terri-Ann Thompson (Ibis Reproductive Health)
• Cicely Paine (Feminist Center for Reproductive Liberation)
• Victoria Nichols (Free the Pill, Ibis Reproductive Health)
