Relebohile joined Ibis as a Research Consultant in September 2017. Relebohile provides research and communications support to a variety of projects. Prior to Ibis, she worked for South African National AIDS Council (SANAC) where she coordinated work of the National Strategic Plan Unit. She is interested in health, social and economic development issues. Relebohile previously worked for the City of Cape Town and the Sexual HIV Prevention Programme (SHIPP). Apart from her social science work, Relebohile is also a writer and has written pieces for national newspapers such as the Mail and Guardian and the Daily Maverick. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Political Sciences, Public Policy & Administration from the University of Cape Town; a Public Development and Management qualification from University of the Witwatersrand; and is currently doing Masters in Public Policy with the University of the Witwatersrand.
